All of my artwork is presented as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) on Hedera to streamline market listings and authenticate the artwork more efficiently. This approach also enables the sharing of royalties, giving back to my supporters.
Revenue Sharing:
Every sale is programmed to allocate 3% of the sales price to a treasury wallet (0.0.1455741), with an additional 3% royalty going directly to the artist. The treasury wallet then distributes these earnings to holders of Selle's collections, including holders of:
ALIFE (0.0.1704811)
Morphobia (0.0.4885768)
Purchasing a Physical Piece:
NFT holders can contact Selle to receive the physical artwork via mail.
Digital artwork is signed, numbered, and shipped upon request at an additional shipping cost.
Original paintings include shipping costs in the price and are sent rolled up in a tube for framing by the recipient. This method simplifies shipping, reduces expenses, and minimizes the risk of damage to the artwork during transit.
New to Hedera and NFTs?
Each painting comes with a unique NFT (non-fungible token) that serves as a digital certificate of authenticity. The NFT is stored on the Hedera blockchain and is directly linked to your specific artwork.
If you don’t already have a Hedera wallet, no worries — I’ll take care of it for you:
You can then change the wallet password (re-key) so that only you have access.
Important: Make sure to write down your new password and store it safely. Once you take control, I no longer have access to the wallet.
This system also ensures secure and automated handling of royalties, including for collectors who already own a Selle. Whenever a certified artwork changes hands via the NFT, the blockchain guarantees that royalties are fairly distributed — protecting both artists and collectors.
Please feel free to reach out to Selle with any questions or uncertainties.
